All women turn into their mother

I don't mind that, I really like mine. I feel slightly sorry for my daughters though. For the people who don't know us in real life, my eldest beautiful daughter is just me but without the grey hair and wrinkles. We have the same tastes, the same gestures, expressions and are spookily similar.

She was out at last night and was talking to a friend's older brother who's home from uni.

EBD - "What are you studying?"

Friends older brother " I'm doing a PHD in computing"

and before eldest beautiful daughter could stop herself, she hooted derisorously and this fell out her mouth

"What, a Doctor of clickety, clickety and facebook?, would you give yourself peace!!!"

She said she could even hear me as she said it !

I'd rather pull all of my toenails out one by one than turn into my mother. That being said, my baby is just like me. Poor thing.

Tf - I still have the keys to NB's place, will we just move in ? I'm sure we'd only be an enhancement to his life

Lisa - both my girls have sadly been hit with me but hey ho as long as I turn into mine it'll all be okay :)

LOL! I'm liking your thinking :-) We can then demand squatters’ rights. Serves him right for buggering off to foreign parts ;-) TFx

She's a tad early, but showing signs of promise. I turned into mine years ago. I suspect she's turning into me.

Personally, I'm pleased your daughter's turning into you. That way, her blog keep us going long after you've stopped entertaining us and are confined to a bath-chair, reduced to dribbling uncontrollably, watching endless repeats of Eldorado on UK Gold and making angry shouted requests for cups of tea.....

Now that's both a scary and lovely thing to consider but as long as she doesn't end up with my boobs at my age, I'm not too worried....!*ahem*
