Should I be concerned that Eldest Beautiful Daughter is overly fond of the Baileys Hint of Mint bought for Christmas?
It apparently is fab in hot chocolate, adds a certain something to chocolate mousse and she is very much looking forward to using it to replace the milk in her coco pops.
I'm so proud.

Josie x
Is she old enough for alcohol? if yes, what the hell then it's just the calories1
Way for auntie to start her on something new!
it does sound rather fab. On coco pops you say?
Good for her...so long as she doesn't end up face down in them.....
Keep her off the Malibu and it's probably a manageable social stigma. ;)
Dear Mr Kellog,
Here's how to make those manky coco pop's palitable for sdults. Turns the milk Alky.

I LOVE the idea of replacing the milk in coco pops. Personally I can't stand either coco pops or Baileys Hint of Mint, but kudos to Eldest Beautiful Daughters creative use of anything alcholic, as they will try to, we so know! Haha...very funny.
Mint Baileys on the cocoa-pops beats vodka on the cornflakes!
...Or is that just moi??! Love to you BAGgie, you are a fab raconteur x
Well, I suppose it's better then creme de menthe which I had a thinkg about in my teens. Yuck!
Josie - yep, teenagers !
Secretia - almost she'll be 18 in March and she's lucky enough not to have to worry about calories (unlike her mother)
Paul - oh yes, auntie can always lead you into mischief
Heather - she was (showing remarkable restraint I feel) waiting for the weekend, she is still asleep so I will report back to you on how it goes.
NB - she is rather a lightweight
Matthew - she likes that too, it must be a teenage girly thing, I loved malibu when I was a student nurse
Lolly - a fantastic marketing strategy, you should be in PR
BMTA - ah yes, one of their first loves :)
Fhi - vodka on the cornflakes eh ? not tried that myself, but I do love a slug of Bailey's in my coffee.
Expat mum - do you remember Midori (sic?) melon flavoured liquer blaagh yet I still drank it
