Normal middle aged Pollyanna service is resumed

Today I am feeling much more cheerful. Thank you for all the kind comments, texts, emails, and all round virtual hugs and love to see if I was okay. I am, thank you, just a touch of the Greta's.

Today I am feeling so much better, I actually got up and out at 6.45am and ran for 4 miles, without even having to walk the big hill that defeats me every feckin time.

Regular readers know of my strange obsession with my horoscope. Today I am liking
the one that says I can choose between 2 people. Not liking the one that says I will be cross and shouty.

And really liking that Mystic Meg says I will meet someone for the first time and know this will be the person I will marry.

Oh and I'm going out tonight...

Glad you're feeling better. I read your previous post and I have almost the opposite thing here. We live very close to school and I imagined, when we moved here, a house full of their friends. For some reason they choose to hang out at school with them. I used to wonder if it was me, but then a friend (who has a house full all the time) told me to thank my lucky stars.

Blogs, and comments and people around us can make such a difference.

As I was unable to use the computer I missed the last post. But am glad to hear you are in better spirits. We all get down and are allowed to vent. Otherwise we'd completely explode. Have a great time tonight (or right now - as I believe it's about 11:30 pm there).

Good for you, a run can beat away the blues in no time. Hope you do meet someone worth taking a punt on. hope time has healed a few things and that the kids can accept a new love in your life when it happens. One day they will be off and the silence will be Nirvana until you get too much of it. don't let the erxt guy slip through your fingers - it gets harder the longer you wait. You deserve a good love in your life.

SueAnn - luckily I'm never usually glum for too long

Becky - the whole blog support thing is great, just like a big snuggly blanket of love, couldn't be without it

Kellogsville - ta me duck

LFBS - aawh thanks, I did have a rather good weekend

NB - thanking you

Expat Mum - yep, we're never happy are we?

Kaibee - yep, gotta love the bloggy love thank you

Ayak - so pleased I'm not on my own with the horoscopes thing

Suzanne - did it again today, another 4 miles, soon I'll be back in my skinny jeans (well, a girl can hope!!) x

Gigi - thanks my dear, I had a mighty fine night (as I imagine you Americans would say)

Libby - I had a very good night thank you ;0

Lolly - glad to be feeling more like my cheery wee self too x

Sue - went to a really nice gastro pub, maltesers cheesecake to die for, aw well, back on with the trainers :)

Mobs - you're right in more ways than you know, I use the kids as an excuse not to get really both feet in involved, I am crap at letting men into my real life and it's a shame as that's the best bit, the family and friends one, and the longer I stay on my own the easier it is to stay on my own. I'm going to give the next one my best shot :) xx
