Same old Same old

My life is not exciting, maybe other people's isn't either but I am disgruntled that mine isn't. I am hoping to reverse this on Saturday, there may be drinking, sneaky smoking and possibly a smidgeon of flirting.

To illustrate to you how unexciting my life is I will give you the weeks edited highlights.

Today I have cleaned the kitchen, I only just refrained from photographing and blogging it.

I got locked in at school (not where you want a lock in is it?) on Tuesday.

I have bought fitflops, my daughters have disowned me, they feel it's a slippery slope to crocs.

My friend C told me that men(she reckons about 5) have sidled up beside her in Manchester Central Library and have proceeded to interfere with themselves. She went on to add "in a variety of positions"

I am also boring. I have spoken to no one except colleagues and hotel staff for a week. I have no plans for the weekend. And I am still limping.

Sad, very sad.

Let's try for a more exciting lock in next time!

Oh that is dull. By contrast, I have stolen the crown jewels, slept with 15 supermodels, climbed Mount Everest twice, written six best-selling novels, bought a Ferrari, a speed boat and a Lear jet, had dinner with Nelson Mandela, lunch with Obama and breakfast with Einstein.

However, I haven't done the ironing, washing up, hoovering or dusting.

I have wiped smelly butts, changed countless wet beds, and soothed a man through a particularly horrible case of constipation. Wanna trade your "boring" for mine? ;-)

Drinking, not so sneaky smoking and a smidgeon (okay maybe more than a smidgeon) sounds like my plans for the weekend.

BTW-I'll kill myself if I got locked in at school. I already feel as if I can't escape the damn place. Ugh!

Mud - indeed, we should try for a lock in where there are interesting men, there must be some left ?

NB - and I'm glad you still have the time for your friends

Dutchy - truly it's not, mundane doesn't begin to cover it

Shirley - my days of nursing are behind me or are they ? The thought of returning to my first career have been flitting over my mind

Edge - For the love of God, you'll get them all started about how I didn't text them and then they'll be demanding their own sign off kisses! xxxx x

Penelope - June, def in June, I will come drink and sneaky smoke with you then xx

WM - I think the fact that she is a very tall and very pretty blonde might be why. I don't seem to have that effect, can't think why !!!!

Lolly - not just flip flops FIT flops and they look truly hideous but they're meant to tone your legs and derriere whilst you're wearing them. Only eldest beautiful daughters near tears stopped me wearing them to school, I am trying to fitflop my way to gorgeousness for next weeks hol whilst still eating my bodyweight in biscuits.

Lisa - I couldn't believe it, it was only 4 hours after school had finished (it's been a hellish week, I have had a ferocious amount of marking to do !)

Manchester Central library - "variety of positions" - well, it is the spice of life.

The highlights of my week were watching both of the Eurovision semi-finals - how boring is that?

I've had a fairly boring week, too, except for the incident in Sainsburys, when I had to show the security man my knickers, before he would let me out of the store. I'm just off to the library to see whether I can get any action. ;0)

My life isn't interesting, also, that's why I rarely blog, no need to tell y'all how many loads of laundry I did that day. lol

As you relay the last bit I can't tell whether you are disappointed this hasn't happened to you or just shocked ;)

I wrote a poem about doing rude things in libraries once.
